hours. Finally, during weeks 10 to 12, use 1 piece every
4 to 8 hours.
Do not use more than 24 pieces per day.

Which program is right for me, Heavy
Smoker or Light Smoker? If you smoke more
than 24 cigarettes a day, use the 4mg
strength.
If you smoke less than 24 or fewer cigarettes a day,
use the 2mg strength
How long do I keep a piece in my
mouth? Usually about half an hour, which is

Do I have to quit smoking completely to
